Job Summary:
Our Boston, Massachusetts facility is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our **logistics** team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, performing cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring the overall integrity of our stock. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our warehouse operations and supply chain. While this role is primarily focused on accuracy and data management, some physical tasks, including **lifting** of inventory, may be required. Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Process stock adjustments and transfers in the inventory system.
  • Generate inventory reports for management.
  • Ensure **safe** storage and handling of all inventory items.
  • Adhere to all **safety** protocols and wear appropriate **PPE**.
  • Assist with receiving and shipping processes as needed.
  • Support overall **logistics** accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform **lifting** of inventory items as required.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar role within **logistics** or warehousing.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of **safety** procedures and **PPE** requirements.
Ability to perform tasks including **lifting** up to 30 lbs.
