We are hiring an experienced Forklift Operator for our Atlanta, Georgia warehouse! This is a crucial role in managing the movement of materials within our facility, underpinning our efficient logistics operations. You will be responsible for operating forklifts safely and effectively to load, unload, transport, and stack merchandise. Precision, a strong adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key. This position requires a deep understanding of warehouse operations and a commitment to maintaining product integrity. Essential duties include:
- Operating various types of forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks).
- Loading and unloading trailers and containers.
- Moving inventory to and from designated storage areas.
- Performing pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment.
- Assisting with inventory cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
- Strictly adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
