The company currently employs around 900 financial advisors and 100 in its central office in Zug and at various sites across Switzerland. You have the ability to think networked, are service-oriented, and customer-focused. The wishes and goals of clients, as well as individual solutions, are your top priority. You are performance-oriented, open to new ideas, and comfortable in client interactions. Your expression is clear, and you write and communicate easily in French. Your profile: - Dynamic, organized, entrepreneurial - Diplomas or vocational training required - Residency in Switzerland required and valid work permit - Fully comfortable in oral and written communication. What you will do: Launch into independent consulting as well as manage and follow up with clients on all financial matters and in all aspects of life - Provide targeted and customized solutions in the field of bancassurance - Work as a consultant or take on management functions.
