Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Office Manager to lead our administrative operations and call center. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, office management experience, and the ability to lead a team effectively. This role requires a unique blend of professional administrative skills, hospitality-focused guest relations, and a proven ability to drive revenue through upselling services. You will oversee daily workflows, manage personnel records, and ensure every guest interaction reflects our "Make People Happy" standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Uphold professional phone etiquette and ensure excellent communication with clients, vendors, and staff. Manage daily office operations, including front desk responsibilities and multi-line phone systems. Manage multiple email accounts with precision, coordinate travel arrangements, and maintain the master calendar. Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance schedules to ensure the office runs at peak efficiency. Serve as the primary backup to the Executive Assistant, handling high-priority tasks and confidential information as needed.
- Personnel & Team Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training for seasonal staff. Maintain employee records, assist in light bookkeeping in coordination with the bookkeeping team, and foster a positive, "team player" culture. Maintain and create schedules
- Guest Relations: Ensure a seamless guest experience from initial inquiry through booking and post-stay follow-up. Actively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our service during the reservations process. Train office staff on sales techniques to maximize daily revenue.
- .Hospitality Excellence: Candidates must demonstrate exceptional hospitality and customer service skills, including a friendly demeanor, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to creating positive guest experiences through attentive, professional, and personalized service. Make people happy by ensuring a seamless booking-to-beach experience across all our companies
- Creativity: We're looking for a creative professional who can craft engaging marketing brochures and compelling social media content that brings our brand to life and connects with our audience.

Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in Office Management, specifically within the hospitality, tourism, or maritime industries.
- Management: Proven experience in office management in the hospitality industry strongly preferred.
- Sales Savvy: Proven track record in customer service with a natural ability to upsell and meet sales targets.
- Tech Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud. Work very closely with the beach management team and boat staff.
- Soft Skills: Must be exceptionally organized, punctual, and possess a "can-do" attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Availability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment (including some weekends/holidays during peak season).
