Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:30 AM – 3:15 PM

Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary Teacher to lead a classroom of students for the upcoming school year This teacher will provide high-quality instruction in core subjects while mentoring students spiritually and partnering with engaged, supportive parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver instruction in core academic subjects to students in a multi-age classroom setting
• Integrate biblical principles and Christian values throughout the curriculum
• Create a nurturing, structured classroom that promotes curiosity, character, and growth
• Collaborate with parents to support student learning both at school and at home
• Assess and track student progress, adapting instruction to meet individual needs
• Foster a loving and respectful classroom culture rooted in Christian faith

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education OR prior teaching experience (homeschool experience considered)
• A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with Christian values and mission
• A passion for teaching young children in both academic and spiritual development
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience teaching in a multi-age or small-group setting a plus
