What You'll Do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Craft and present compelling proposals that showcase our value and set us apart from the competition
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-suite executives, HR leaders, and hiring managers.
• Collaborate closely with our internal recruiting team to align talent strategies with client needs.
• Track pipeline metrics, forecast revenue, and report on performance to drive continuous improvement

Who You Are

• A relentless self-starter who loves prospecting, pitching, and winning new business in a competitive space
• A natural relationship builder who knows how to listen, ask the right questions, and position solutions that solve real hiring challenges.
• Comfortable with a fully remote, flexible environment, managing your schedule, prioritizing tasks, and staying accountable
• Enthusiastic, responsive, and ready to go the extra mile because this industry is not for the faint of heart.
