Delivery Driver with a Mini van

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various locations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely deliveries. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, with experience in driving box trucks and handling heavy loads.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a box truck or similar commercial vehicle to deliver products to customers and clients
• Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques
• Ensure accurate delivery of goods according to route schedules and delivery instructions
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle and delivery equipment
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies while on the road
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management and order picking when necessary
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately and promptly

Experience

• Previous delivery driver experience preferred, especially with route driving in urban or suburban areas
• Warehouse experience is a plus, including familiarity with forklift operation and pallet jacks
• Experience with heavy lifting, moving supplies, or equipment handling is desirable

• Customer service skills are essential for maintaining positive interactions with clients

• Valid driver's license required, with a clean driving record
