We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining establishment. Responsibilities

  • Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of servers, cooks, and support staff to achieve high performance standards
  • Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs to maximize profitability
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas of the restaurant
  • Implement staff training programs focused on customer service excellence, food handling, and safety procedures
  • Manage shift schedules, monitor performance, and conduct interviews for hiring new team members
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS and oversee cash handling procedures

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service, fast food, casual dining, or fine dining environments
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and culinary operations
  • Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
  • Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and food cost management
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training & development and team management
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations related to the food industry
  • Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel experience is a plus
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting
