Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Server to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. This role requires a passion for food service, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred, along with a background in food handling and customer service. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction from arrival to departure. Previous experience in restaurant settings, including hospitality, food industry, or nightclub environments, is highly valued. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive guest services throughout their visit
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cashiering duties
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of dining areas
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Support host/hostess duties when needed, including seating guests and managing reservations via OpenTable
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings to provide recommendations

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred, including fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Experience with food handling, sanitation protocols, and food safety standards
• Ability to manage time effectively in a high-volume setting during busy hours
• Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
• Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Prior experience in serving, bussing tables, or host/hostess roles is beneficial but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $24.90 per hour
