About the Role

Solution Shine Corp. is expanding rapidly and looking for a motivated, self-driven Commission-Only Sales Representative to help grow our post-construction cleaning and janitorial services divisions.
Leads are provided, and your role is to build relationships with contractors, builders, property managers, offices, clinics, and commercial clients to secure new cleaning contracts.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is hungry, confident, and wants uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with provided warm leads (builders, GCs, property managers, commercial offices).
  • Generate additional leads through networking, outreach, and relationship-building.
  • Present Solution Shine's cleaning services and explain value + pricing clearly.
  • Schedule walkthroughs, gather project details, and assist with preparing quotes.
  • Negotiate and close contracts for janitorial and post-construction cleaning services.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the company CRM (Jobber or similar).
  • Meet weekly activity and sales goals.

Compensation

  • Commission-Only (high commission percentages)
  • Bonuses available for large contracts or consistent monthly closes

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, B2B, or construction/cleaning industry is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication skills and confidence talking to clients
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to follow up consistently
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be comfortable with commission-only structure
