Position Overview

We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals recovering from substance use disorders. As an LPC at Stonegate, you will play a critical role in providing therapeutic support, facilitating group sessions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to guide clients through their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Collaborate with medical, clinical, and support staff to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with licensing and facility standards
• Educate clients and families on addiction, recovery, coping strategies, and relapse prevention
• Participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas
• Experience in addiction treatment, behavioral health, or dual diagnosis preferred
• Strong therapeutic skills, empathy, and cultural competence
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries in emotionally charged situations
• Familiarity with electronic health records (preferred)
