As a Shift Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a positive, productive, and fun work environment. In this role, you'll take on a variety of responsibilities to keep things running smoothly, including: - Leading and motivating team members to achieve daily goals. - Ensuring operational excellence during your shift by managing tasks and solving problems in real time. - Delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and quality. - Supporting team development through hands-on training and accountability. - Communicating effectively with team members and management to ensure a seamless workflow.

To thrive as a Shift Lead, you'll need: - 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - A passion for teamwork and creating a positive work environment. - A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering great guest experiences. - The ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
