About the Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role supporting core warehouse functions including picking, packing, receiving, and inventory management. You will be trained and cross-trained in all areas of the warehouse and play a key part in delivering a world-class experience to our customers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, learning new systems, and being part of a team-oriented culture.

What You Will Do

Shipping

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders using scanners and SAP
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and product condition

Receiving

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments using scanners and SAP
• Verify and document product condition and accuracy

Inventory

• Track product movement and inventory adjustments in SAP
• Assist with stock rotation, bin transfers, and scrap documentation

Training

• Rotate through shipping, receiving, and inventory during onboarding

• Competitive pay: starting at $17.00 per hour
• $1,000 retention bonus after 90 days
• Annual bonus opportunity up to 10% of base pay (bonus eligibility begins in 2027)

What You Bring - Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience (two years preferred but not required if you demonstrate strong learning ability and work ethic)
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn SAP and scanner systems
• Comfort operating pallet jacks, dollies, and ladders
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive movement and standing throughout the shift
• Strong attention to safety, teamwork, and reliability
