StateWide Ford is looking for a friendly, motivated team member to join our Service and Parts Departments. This hybrid role includes working as a Service Advisor and helping at the Parts Counter, so every day brings something new. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you

Responsibilities

Service Advisor Duties:

• Greet customers and help identify vehicle service needs
• Write repair orders clearly and accurately
• Communicate recommended services and updates to customers
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
• Review work performed and ensure customer satisfaction

Parts Counter Duties:

• Assist customers and technicians with parts lookups and orders
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize stock
• Process warranties, returns, and special orders
• Keep the parts counter clean, organized, and customer-ready

Qualifications

• Automotive or dealership experience preferred (Service Advisor or Parts Counter)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Basic automotive knowledge
• Comfortable using computers; experience with dealership systems a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Schedule

• Full-time
• Typical schedule: Monday through Friday 8-5
