Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active North Carolina State License Location:
Apex, NC Explore and experience how Avance Care is providing professional and personal life balance:

Maximum of 40 hours per week (including breaks and administrative time)
Expected average patient load of 2 visits per hour
Collaborative environment with onsite lab, behavioral health therapists, and nutritionists
Innovative, integrated use of telehealth
Centralized care coordination, care management, and population health management
