  • This role demands a blend of data analyst and reporting skills to contribute towards product led growth analytics for the Microsoft copilot studio product.
  • Business & Data Understanding: Develop a grasp of business processes, evolving data landscapes, and data lineage across multiple domains. Identify connections between first and third-party data sources to inform infrastructure and analytical frameworks.
  • Data Analysis & Modeling: Apply appropriate analytical and statistical techniques to address business questions, interpret results, and provide actionable recommendations. Assist in evaluating and testing data models, incorporating feedback to improve performance and accuracy.
  • Customer Orientation & Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations, interpret insights, and communicate findings clearly through dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Ensure results are accessible and tailored to audience needs.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

  • Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR equivalent experience. 

Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/
