Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our hotel property maintenance team. This role is essential to ensuring all hotel facilities are safe, operational, and guest-ready. If you have experience with HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems and enjoy problem-solving in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
• Follow safety protocols and regulations

• Technical certification or equivalent experience, Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment, Strong communication skills & Availability for on-call shifts
