Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist

The Parent Child Development Center in Ewa is seeking to hire a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to provide early intervention services to families with infants and toddlers with developmental delays in the Ewa Beach community.

The SLP will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing services using Primary Service Provider/Coaching model to work with families in the home setting. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Conducting developmental evaluations (Batelle Developmental Inventory (BDI), Developmental Assessment of Young Children (DAY-C))

· Writing reports

· Assist with the development of child's service plan; setting goals to support the child's progress toward developmental milestones.

· Provide consultations and coaching to families and team members

· Timely and accurate documentation

Minimum Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).

Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).

Candidates with a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology cleared for their Clinical Fellowship Year are encouraged to apply. Agency provides supervision for Clinical Fellowes. Starting Salary Rate is commensurate with the level of Qualifications: Education, Licensure, and Experience.

Access to a personal vehicle to be used for work daily, driver's license, and proof of insurance, are requirements to be considered for this position.
