Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this vital role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits administration, and HRIS management. Responsibilities
- Coordinate talent acquisition activities including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes.
- Assist with general accounting duties
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with applicable laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).
- Support employee orientation, evaluation, training & development initiatives to enhance workforce skills and engagement.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns promptly, facilitating conflict management, and promoting positive communication across teams.
- Assist with project management tasks related to organization design, succession planning, affirmative action planning, and change management strategies.
- Maintain compliance with employment & labor law regulations by reviewing contracts, policies, and procedures regularly.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management or a related administrative role with familiarity in HR sourcing, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Experience with Paychex is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity while managing data collection and entry accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
- Experience in conflict management, performance management processes, and training & development programs is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with employment law regulations including FMLA and OSHA standards is essential for success in this role.
