805 Hospitality Group is looking for a passionate, service-focused Server to join our team at Brokedown Palace, our newest concept, in Wayne, NJ. With three thriving restaurants and two additional locations in development across New Jersey, we are a growing hospitality group with a commitment to excellence and community engagement.

At Brokedown Palace, our Servers will be the face of the guest experience. They know our menus inside and out, can handle special requests without missing a beat, and deliver the kind of warm, attentive hospitality that keeps our guests coming back.

**PAY RATE REFLECTS BASE HOURLY PLUS TIPS**

Responsibilities:

· Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

· Learn and confidently recommend items from our diverse food and drink menus.

· Anticipate guest needs, respond quickly to requests, and deliver a memorable experience.

· Accurately take orders, enter them into the POS, and ensure food and beverages are delivered promptly.

· Maintain clean and organized tables, service areas, and stations at all times.

· Collaborate with bartenders, servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

· Uphold food safety and sanitation standards throughout service.

· Handle guest concerns with professionalism and ensure all guests feel valued.

· Support opening, running, and closing duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, craft beer, wine, and cocktails (or eagerness to learn quickly).
• Excellent communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure during peak service hours.
• Team player who works well with both front and back of house staff.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages safely.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Food handler's permit or ServSafe certification (or willingness to get certified), preferred.
