Role Description
The Assistant Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chicago, IL. The individual will oversee daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of attractions, guest services, and staff management. Key responsibilities include supervising and training team members, coordinating schedules, maintaining safety protocols, and managing inventory and supplies. Additionally, the Assistant Operations Manager will support enhancing the guest experience, resolving issues proactively, and contributing to operational strategies for efficiency and excellence.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve goals and maintain high standards of performance.
- Operations and Organizational Skills: Experience in coordinating schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Customer Service: Strong skills in resolving guest concerns, enhancing the visitor experience, and delivering exceptional service.
- Problem-Solving and Communication: Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication abilities.
- Additional Skills: Proficiency in relevant technology and software for operational tasks, and experience in hospitality, entertainment, or related fields is a plus.
