For our dynamic and team X Systems & Infrastructure division, we are looking for a ICT System X & EUC, End User ComputingJob descriptionAs an ICT System X the SaaS & End User Computing team, X a key role in ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of our services. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, maintaining, testing, documenting, and supporting solutions, working closely with senior engineers and architects. In this position, you will provide 3rd level support and assist companies and divisions across the Group. Your responsibilities include problem analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause with team X deliver robust and efficient solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, contribute to critical projects, and make a tangible impact on the digital experience of thousands of users worldwide. Your responsibilities will be: Assisting in design, setup, maintenance, and support of End User Computing infrastructure (Windows and macOS and laptops, iOS/iPadOS and Android mobile devices, VDI, and SaaS workplace services). Supporting device lifecycle management (provisioning, Autopilot/Zero-Touch, management, asset management). Applying security and compliance baselines and assisting in endpoint protection through Intune and solutions. Monitoring systems X resolving incidents as Maintaining and and procedures. in Incident, Change, and Problem X following ITIL processes. Supporting Microsoft 365 workplace services (Intune, Entra ID, Windows 365, Autopilot, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams - from X and end-user perspective). Providing second and third level support for EUC environments. closely with other engineers and acting as a backup where needed. in on-call duties as part of a ProfileGood technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies and infrastructure service Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) from X perspective. Hands-on experience with Intune, Entra ID, Autopilot, Windows 365, or other Microsoft workplace products. Knowledge of ITIL framework (Incident, Change, and Problem Management). Professional requirementsBachelor s, Master s or ES degree or equivalent in computer science Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an equivalent position Microsoft (, MCSA, MD-102, or equivalent) are an asset. You re missing one or two skills in the list, yet you re eager to learn?It s perfectly OK. We like to share.LanguagesNow, in order to blend in, socially and professionally, we certainly recommend the following languages: Fluent in French is required (spoken and written), as well as excellent knowledge in English.
