Your Responsibilities Shared responsibility for the smooth operation of all kitchen activities – from breakfast service to gala dinners. Supporting the Executive Chef in daily organisation, planning, and team leadership. Ensuring the quality and presentation of all dishes – your keen eye for detail guarantees the “wow” effect for our guests. Maintaining the highest hygiene standards (HACCP) and ensuring the responsible handling of food and equipment. Contributing to the creation of new menus and dishes – your ideas are always welcome. Acting as the Executive Chef’s deputy during their absence – taking on responsibility with confidence and expertise. This is you Completed professional culinary training (EFZ or equivalent). At least 5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel or in high-end gourmet gastronomy. Strong leadership skills, team spirit, and the ability to inspire and motivate others. Cost awareness, excellent organisational skills, and a high sense of quality for yourself and your team. Passion for gastronomy, creativity, and a desire to bring out the best in every ingredient.
