As part of a replacement for a Property Manager (fixed-term contract) We are looking for a Property Manager at 100% from March 1st to October 31st in Lausanne. Ensure the management of rental properties, including inspections and follow-up. Supervise and coordinate technical work and maintenance. Your profile Commercial diploma (CFC or equivalent) complemented by solid experience in real estate management (minimum 3 years). Ease in dealing with institutional clients and excellent skills in French (oral and written), with a very good writing sense. Solid knowledge of rental law and mastery of tools (MS Office, Garaio REM). An autonomous, rigorous, organized personality with a developed sense of responsibility. A driver's license.
