Pay Range: $30.00hr to $50.00hr

North Coast Therapy Associates (NCTA) provides student-centered therapy services in both in-person and virtual formats. Our collaborative team supports students, families, and educators with evidence-based, individualized care.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services across multiple grade levels. This role includes evaluation, intervention planning, collaboration with educational teams, and supporting functional skill development. Floaters may work across multiple districts to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapy and manage a school-based caseload
- Conduct assessments and support IEP development
- Collaborate with educators, families, and OTAs
- Document services and complete Medicaid billing
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to support student success
Requirements
- Current Ohio OT License
- ODE Certification (may be completed after hire)
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical skills
