Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Distribution Center Associates in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is fundamental to our supply chain, ensuring efficient operations within our distribution center. You will perform a variety of tasks related to receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods for damages or discrepancies.
  • Accurately pick items from shelves based on order requirements.
  • Pack orders securely and label them for shipment.
  • Stage finished orders for carrier pickup and load outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper product handling and storage.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and manual carts safely.
  • Keep the work environment clean, organized, and free from hazards.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies, including wearing designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills in logistics and safety.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular lifting of up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods. Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to safety and adherence to all protocols. Experience with RF scanning devices is a plus. Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
