We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Material Handler to join our dynamic logistics team in Los Angeles, California. This role is crucial to the efficient flow of goods within our warehouse, ensuring that all materials are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities include unloading incoming shipments, verifying counts against purchase orders, and moving materials to designated storage areas using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or other equipment. You will also be responsible for picking and preparing materials for outgoing shipments, ensuring they are properly packaged and labeled. This position requires consistent physical exertion, including significant Lifting and moving of various materials, often in bulk. Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace is paramount, and adherence to all Safety protocols and company guidelines is mandatory. Successful candidates will work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily operational goals and contribute to the overall success of our Logistics operations.
