About
Our Richmond, Virginia warehouse is seeking a motivated Order Picker. This role is integral to our logistics process, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. As an Order Picker, you will use an RF scanner or pick list to locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves, verify product codes and quantities, and prepare items for the packing station. Accuracy and speed are key to success in this fast-paced environment. Maintaining a safe work area and following all Safety guidelines, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is a mandatory requirement. This position demands physical agility, including extensive walking, standing, and frequent Lifting of products that can weigh up to 50 pounds. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, can work quickly and accurately, and possess a positive attitude. A strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues are highly valued. Prior picking experience in a logistics or warehouse setting is advantageous.
