Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is essential for ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders, directly impacting customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include picking products from inventory using RF scanners, meticulously packing items for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. You will also assist in receiving and stocking incoming goods, ensuring the accuracy of inventory records. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is a top priority. We are committed to your Safety, providing comprehensive training on operational procedures, effective Lifting techniques, and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Understanding the dynamics of warehouse logistics is beneficial. This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, perform moderate Lifting, and work efficiently to meet performance targets.
