Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse organization. This position offers a competitive hourly wage and the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced warehousing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. You will work closely with a team to meet daily shipping quotas and contribute to the overall efficiency of our fulfillment operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order tickets.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Process orders using warehouse management system (WMS) scanners.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and prevent shipping errors.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all warehouse safety protocols.
  • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and PPE.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations is a plus.
  • Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
