Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, when trained and authorized.
- Perform duties requiring consistent lifting and physical movement.
- Contribute to efficient logistics operations by performing tasks diligently.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
- Must be physically capable of frequent lifting, bending, and standing for long periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles and warehouse safety.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work varying shifts and occasional overtime.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
