Are you an efficient and detail-oriented individual seeking an Order Picker position in Richmond, Virginia? We are looking for a dedicated team member to accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive the correct items in a timely manner. You will be navigating the warehouse, using pick lists or scanners to identify and retrieve products. A keen eye for detail is essential to minimize errors and maintain inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate is reliable, possesses good organizational skills, and understands the importance of efficiency in a warehouse setting. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent lifting of items up to 30 pounds. We provide all necessary PPE to ensure your safety. Experience with RF scanners and order fulfillment systems is a plus. You will work closely with the shipping team to ensure seamless handoffs of prepared orders.
