Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect goods for damage and verify against shipping documents.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product protection during transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners safely.
- Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counts.
- Comply with all company Safety regulations and procedures at all times.
- Mandatory use of all applicable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is highly beneficial.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety.
- Understanding of basic Logistics principles is advantageous.
