As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be essential in maintaining inventory accuracy and meeting customer demands. Responsibilities:
- Unload and inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Sort and organize inventory according to established procedures.
- Accurately pick items from shelves to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Proper use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including significant Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of basic inventory principles.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all regulations.
- Familiarity with Logistics operations is advantageous.
