We are hiring a motivated Distribution Center Associate for our Miami, Florida facility. In this essential role, you will contribute to the efficient flow of goods through our distribution network. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and packing orders with accuracy, and preparing shipments for delivery. This position is key to our overall logistics success and ensuring customer satisfaction. We place a high priority on safety and expect all associates to strictly adhere to safety regulations, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The role requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare products for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Contribute to team goals for productivity and accuracy.
- Assist with inventory management tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is beneficial.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and PPE.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic math and reading skills.
