Join our expanding logistics center in Phoenix, Arizona, as a Forklift Operator! We are looking for experienced and safety-conscious individuals to manage the movement of goods within our facility. Your primary duties will include operating forklifts, loading and unloading shipments, and ensuring the organized and secure storage of inventory. This role is key to maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our operations. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks and containers with accuracy and care.
- Stack and organize inventory in designated areas, ensuring stability and easy access.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment and report any defects.
- Strictly adhere to all company Safety protocols and procedures.
- Ensure correct and consistent use of all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory control tasks, such as cycle counting and stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
- Capability to handle tasks involving significant Lifting, up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Valid Forklift Operator certification and significant operating experience.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse Safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Physical fitness to perform required Lifting and material handling duties.
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate inventory management.
- Strong commitment to maintaining a Safe work environment.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain operations is advantageous.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing operational needs.
