Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality.
- Fulfill customer orders by picking items accurately using scanning technology.
- Package products appropriately to ensure safe transit.
- Organize and stage completed orders for loading onto delivery vehicles.
- Keep warehouse areas clean, orderly, and free of hazards.
- Utilize warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, to move materials.
- Follow all company safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counting.
- Perform other duties as required to support logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in a warehouse or similar environment is advantageous.
- Capacity to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse logistics principles.
- Dedication to a safe working environment and adherence to safety protocols.
- Comfortable with standing, walking, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift.
