Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to all Safety protocols. You will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, coordinating workflow, optimizing inventory management, and maintaining equipment. This leadership role requires strong organizational skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of warehouse Logistics . Your primary focus will be on motivating your team, improving processes, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team.
  • Ensure all warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping, are performed efficiently and accurately.
  • Implement and enforce all company Safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety training and audits.
  • Monitor inventory levels and accuracy, implementing measures to maintain optimal stock.
  • Manage staff schedules, performance, and provide ongoing training and development.
  • Operate or oversee the operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and Safety checks.
  • Resolve operational issues and conflicts promptly and effectively.
  • Oversee the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate effective communication between shifts and departments.
  • Ensure appropriate PPE is used by all team members.
  • Manage tasks involving Lifting and material movement for overall operational flow.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and Logistics .
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Thorough understanding of workplace Safety regulations and best practices, including PPE requirements.
  • Ability to develop and implement operational improvements.
  • Experience with forklift operations and other warehouse machinery.
  • Capability to assess and manage tasks involving physical labor and Lifting .
