We are looking for a dedicated Material Handler to join our Las Vegas, Nevada team! This role is essential for the smooth operation of our warehouse and plays a key part in our logistics chain. You will be responsible for moving materials, loading and unloading shipments, and ensuring inventory is organized and accessible. This position requires physical stamina for consistent Lifting and the ability to operate material handling equipment. A strong focus on safety is critical; adherence to all company protocols and the correct use of PPE is mandatory. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and have a proactive approach to their work. You'll work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all operations. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming materials.
- Move materials within the warehouse using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Load outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and free of hazards, prioritizing safety .
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE .
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and meet operational goals.
- Perform tasks that involve regular physical exertion and moderate to heavy Lifting .
- Support the overall efficiency of our logistics operations through diligent material handling.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse role.
- Ability to operate basic material handling equipment.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the correct use of PPE .
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes is a plus.
