Seeking a skilled Forklift Operator for our Boise, Idaho location! As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials within our warehouse. This role requires expertise in operating various types of forklifts, a strong understanding of warehouse Safety protocols, and the ability to handle physical tasks including Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move, stack, and retrieve inventory.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on forklift equipment.
- Follow all Safety regulations, including site-specific rules and proper use of PPE.
- Accurately record inventory movements and locations.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and shipping operations as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and Safety.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift operator certification and proven experience.
- Experience in warehouse or logistics environments.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including occasional Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse Safety procedures and best practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
