Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
- Select and prepare orders for shipment, meeting picking accuracy standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Ensure all employees use appropriate PPE.
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Support shipping operations, including loading and unloading trucks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety protocols.
- Team player mentality and good communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
