Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick products accurately based on customer orders.
- Pack products carefully for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare outgoing shipments for various carriers.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the distribution center.
- Comply with all company Safety regulations and policies.
- Wear and maintain required PPE at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to Safety and following instructions accurately.
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
