Program Support Volunteer, MAX Calgary

Status: Temporary (1-Year), Part-Time

Location: Alberta-based; primarily remote with required in-person support in Calgary, as needed

Through initiatives such as the MAX Gala and mentorship programming, we aim to inspire leadership, strengthen community, and contribute to a dynamic and inclusive economy.

Founded in September 2015 by a group of professionals with a shared vision to elevate and celebrate excellence within the Muslim community in Canada, MAX was created to recognize, motivate, and encourage high achievement, service, and leadership. The General Volunteer will support a range of MAX Calgary initiatives, including industry panel and mentorship programming, events, and administrative activities. This role is primarily remote (approximately 90%) and requires the volunteer to be based in Alberta, with the ability to provide in-person support in Calgary as needed.

The volunteer will work collaboratively with MAX Calgary leadership and teams to help ensure programs and events are well-coordinated, responsive, and impactful.
