About
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer category and merchandising teams
Develop and execute annual customer business plans to achieve sales, share, and distribution targets
Support national business priorities across Loblaw Companies Limited core banners
Analyze item-level sales and market data to identify risks and growth opportunities
Own the full Valentine's season planning cycle for LCL, including forecasting, assortments, display strategy, and innovation sell-in
Support demand planning accuracy through forecast updates and performance tracking
Manage customer trade spend budgets including planning, tracking and reconciliation
Complete deduction management and ensure accurate financial reporting
Collaborate with Sales Strategy, Category Management and Analytics teams to support selling initiatives
Maintain accurate system inputs and ensure data integrity across forecasting and trade management platforms
Manage multiple priorities and timelines while responding to fast-paced customer requests
Qualifications
Post-secondary diploma or university degree in Business or a related field
3–5 years of CPG account management or customer-facing sales experience (preferably with LCL or major grocery retailers)
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills including data analysis and reporting
Experience working with enterprise sales, forecasting and trade management systems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and point of sale performance data
Solid understanding of trade investment management and sales financial fundamentals
Ability to manage complexity across multiple stakeholders and timelines

Rewards Package
The standard hiring range for this role is $79K-$98K CAD per annum with a 15% performance-based bonus. The final agreement upon salary may vary based on market location and factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
