As a Mechanical Superintendent with a strong trades background and proven leadership experience, we invite you to join our operations team in Hamilton, ON. This permanent role is based on a client site and will play a key role in overseeing mechanical construction and maintenance activities. While local candidates are preferred, we welcome all qualified applicants to apply.

What would you be doing?

• Provide direct supervision to multiple mechanical crews and service teams, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

• Prepare, monitor, and drive project schedules in collaboration with the operations team to ensure budgets, timelines, and deliverables are met.

• Estimate, plan, and manage project labour and material requirements to support operational and project needs.

• Establish, implement, and oversee site safety plans and quality control measures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards

• Manage mechanical resources and maintenance activities to maintain, optimize, and enhance critical equipment performance

• Is results-oriented, passionate about construction and has proven experience managing construction sites.
• Extensive experience in supervisory roles on industrial client sites with a solutions-focused mindset.
• A journeyperson ticket in a mechanical or electrical trade is considered an asset.
• Proven leader who motivates people and maintains effective relationships with clients and crew.
• Have valid safety tickets such as CSTS, Standard First Aid, and Common Safety Orientation (CSO).
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
