The role is a full-time X IT Technical Support AnalystYOUR MISSIONAs a Senior IT Technical Support Analyst, you will offer technical support to assure the highest level of customer A primary focus is to technology and to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues. It is expected to be an expert member of the technical problem-solving team, X after to address complex, critical customer part of this team, X responsibilities will include:Act as a primary point of contact for all internal IT user queries/issues.Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support for MS X products, PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, Audio Video Conferencing system X .Administer and monitor incoming requests to the Global Service Desk, identifying emerging issues and them X with established with relevant stakeholders to ensure all and IT equipment inventory are consistently reviewed and maintained to reflect current system X Offboarding processes.Improve System [AD] processes and repetitive tasks wherever feasible.Actively in the technical of Microsoft Service Centre Global level.Document internal procedures and assist IT management to prepare documents for Service Desk COMPETENCIESMinimum 8 years on a similar role preferably in a manufacturing environmentExcellent working experience of AD GPO s, Domain trust and management.Experience in Software & Hardware and support.Extensive hands-on technical experience with Microsoft Windows products (Windows 11) and MS X troubleshootingProactive with a continuous improvement spiritProcess with meticulous to detailAbility to work under pressure, meet deadlines and respond flexiblyTeam-oriented with a WE OFFERA highly dynamic and growing environment,An opportunity to live your passion for an intrapreneurial mindset, where and customer centricity heart of everything we do,A flexible working environment where applicable and a range of core and flexible benefits, ranging from X support, additional annual leave, cycle to work scheme, technology and access to marketplace discounts.Interested?
