Based in Châtel-St-Denis, Switzerland, we are looking for a new dynamic team member.MISSIONSYou will actively contribute to supporting business teams on our ERP SAP S4HANA (level 1&2). You will ensure the perfect functioning of the infrastructure in terms of administration (servers, workstations, Active Directory, network and telecom equipment, VPN), as well as preparing, installing, and maintaining workstations. You will guarantee the security of systems and data, ensuring compliance with security standards and procedures. You will diagnose incidents and implement appropriate corrective measures through responsive first and second-level assistance, mobilizing third-level external support when needed to resolve issues. You will ensure the technical management of systems and procedures to guarantee traceability and facilitate maintenance. You will collaborate with other departments and external partners to determine and plan needs.PROFILEHolder of a vocational diploma (CFC ideally completed with an ES diploma). Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in an industrial environment. Proficient knowledge of Windows systems, servers and workstations, Microsoft 365, networks, Active Directory, FortiClient VPN, cybersecurity, professional and electronic document management (SharePoint). Skills in hardware and software support and problem diagnosis. Excellent knowledge of system security and management of backups and recovery plans. Ability to take on responsibilities in a SME environment. Versatile, methodical, organized, and with good stress resistance. Dynamic and capable of proposing innovative ideas, passionate about new technologies.
