To strengthen our position as a key player in the watchmaking industry, we are looking for a:Job DescriptionYour MissionThe management controller is responsible for overseeing the financial management of the manufacturing activities, ensuring the reliability of costs, margin control, and the relevance of analyses intended to provide timely support (back-up) to management control activities and participate in financial reporting.Tasks- Ensure the reliability and accuracy of industrial costs: supervise the standard and actual costings, ensure variance analysis and update of cost prices.- Optimize industrial performance: manage the analysis of gross margin, R&D costs, hourly rates, and inventories to identify levers and support profitability.- Ensure financial and regulatory compliance: validate Precious Metals reports, stock provisions, and closing entries according to internal and legal standards.- Provide decision-making support to managers: produce summary analyses and reports to guide production and management decisions.- Contribute to the reliability of reporting.- Analyze the commercial performance of subsidiaries and boutiques.- Ensure the continuity of management control by providing timely support to financial management control: consolidate and analyze the overall performance of the company, and provide insights on performance.Profile- Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial management control, ideally in the watchmaking or luxury goods industry.- Proven experience with standard cost processes / in-depth knowledge of production environments.- Experience in managing public prices and financial performance analysis of distribution networks is required.- Advanced mastery of SAP (modules FI/CO, MM, PP).- Excellent knowledge of Swiss accounting principles and IFRS.- Strong analytical skills and data processing capabilities.- Advanced mastery of Excel and reporting tools (Power BI or equivalent).- Very good level of English (oral and written).LanguagesLocationContact Person jid4bcb476aen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
