Job Purpose
Serve as a subject matter expert in supply chain analytics, providing expert guidance and support across the EMEA Supply Chain function. To provide advanced analytical expertise for end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring accurate forecasting, efficient inventory management, and data-driven decision-making. The role contributes to achieving optimal cost, quality, and compliance standards while supporting regional and global strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, validate, and analyze supply chain data to support forecasting, inventory management, and process optimization.
Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance and identify trends, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Forecasting & Planning
Enable and guide the planning teams to improve reporting, highlighting forecast variance and inventory impact.
Develop and implement tools to monitor supply chain risks (supplier performance, lead times, disruptions) and identify root causes.
Process Optimization
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements across all supply chain areas.
Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance automation.
Financial Oversight & Cost Management
Track and monitor supply chain expenditure impacting expenses and COGS.
Provide budgetary input and guidance.
Identify and lead cost-saving initiatives and provide quantitative impact and initiative tracking.
Technology & Systems
Utilize ERP and advanced analytics tools (e.g., D365, Power BI) for data integration and reporting.
Support digital transformation projects and system enhancements
Qualifications Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
Significant experience with a proven track record in supply chain analytics or planning.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) and ERP systems.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance (GxP) and global supply chain best practices.
