This position will provide technical engineering support to both our sales channel and manufacturing sites in Mexico that produce products in our regulator product portfolio in our Pressure Management (PRM) business unit. Periodic support of other global sites may be required./ppAdditionally, as part of a high performing team of Applications Engineers that are focused on providing our customers with an elite customer experience. This role is customer facing and you will be involved with a diverse range of responsibilities such as technical support, improvement projects and presenting to various audiences. You will collaborate and partner with Regional Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Engineering functions and be responsible for handling your workload to ensure timely and accurate results./ppstrongIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:/strong/pulliFunction as a liaison between the sales channel and other internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Engineering./liliCultivate effective customer and sales channel relationships, and partner with collaborators./liliProvide technical assistance to the sales channel concerning product applicability and installation practices./liliAnalyze common product problems and communicate solutions./liliEvaluate engineered to order (ETO) and made to order (MTO) solutions including quotation submittal and quoted price point./liliDefine product modifications and communicate back to appropriate channels/liliDevelop and conduct product training for a diverse range of audiences./liliPrepare technical papers, participate in trade shows, and visit customer sites./liliCollaborate with multi-functional teams and promote a shared consciousness./liliPromote customer awareness among all employees./li/ulpstrongWho You Are/strong/ppYou persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks.
